The Dari-Kool falling film chiller is designed to meet the cooling needs of expanding dairies. The chiller supplies the plate cooler with chilled water/glycol coolant to cool milk before it reaches the milk cooler.
The falling film chiller can be used for partial pre-cooling or for 100% instant pre-cooling applications.
The Dari-Kool falling film chiller is exceptionally efficient with a true counter-flow design to provide maximum heat-exchange area for the coolant. The chillers are available with 2 to 12 plates for a 15 to 90 hp maximum compressor horsepower range to supply ample cooling capacity for any size dairy.
