The Dari-Kool Insta-Kool chiller offers another pre-cooling option for any size dairy operation. The Insta-Kool chiller is a self-contained, refrigerated chilling system that delivers chilled water/glycol coolant to your plate cooler for additional milk cooling. The Insta-Kool chiller helps conserve water by providing the plate cooler with chilled, re-circulated water/coolant instead of using well water. The Insta-Kool chiller also offers an ideal total instant cooling option for expanding dairies or dairies that need additional cooling capacity, but have limited space. The base unit includes a chilled-water re-circulation pump and a 5-hp chiller module that can expand to include one or two additional 5-hp modules, to provide up to 15-hp of cooling capacity.
