Double-seal mouthpiece, this design is less constrictive on larger teats because the softer, feather edge adjusts to more teat sizes.
The newly designed upper barrel offers a smooth transition from the fluted barrel to a smooth mouthpiece. This design helps control the amount of vacuum in the mouthpiece within an acceptable range, for a cleaner milkout with a reasonably fast milking speed.
The low swell compound offers less mouthpiece distortion for a more consistent milk performance over the duration of the liner's life.
The RF-1 is available in both vented and non-vented styles.
The one-piece liner fits both the Flo-Star Claw and the Visi-Claw from BouMatic.

The RF-1 liner is an ideal choice for producers interested in a liner that promotes teat massage.
The patented, fluted design of the barrel of the RF-1 provides additional massage. As the liner closes, it collapses to form a crescent shape that provides even pressure on the teat end. Theoretically, more teat massage means less congestion, resulting in a more consistent milk flow.
