- Components (brisket rails, rump shields, support posts, and entrance and exit gates) are first welded and formed and then hot-dip galvanized, further protecting them for a longer, more durable life.
- Suspended super structure is operator friendly. Because the rump shields are not supported by posts (they are suspended from the super structure) the operator no longer has to worry about being pinched between posts and cows.
- Optional straight curbs and recessed walls are designed for the comfort of the operator. The straight curbs allow easy access to the cow udders. The recessed walls keep equipment under the curb and out of the way so the operator can work more freely.
- Air-powered gates accelerate cow traffic. The openness of the parlor, combined with one-touch operation from the pit, make cows feel more comfortable and less inhibited, so the move into and out of the parlor quickly
- The Fastlane I S-shaped brisket rails can be used with most existing conventional stalls to improve cow traffic. The Fastlane I conversion is an economical way to add years of life to your existing milking stalls.
Description
BouMatic Fastlane I milking stalls are designed to gently increase the speed of your cows both into and out of milking stalls without sacrificing operator time or energy.
The Fastlane I stalls use an S-shaped brisket beam that serves a dual purpose - moving cows and correctly positioning them for milking. First, the brisket swings out of the way, allowing the cows to either enter or exit out of the stalls quickly. Then it swings back and gently pushes the cows against the rump shields until the cows are precisely placed. Now the operator can easily prepare the udder and attach the milking cluster for each cow.
